Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast from the US for more than ten seasons. She was a member as captain of both the US Olympic Female Gymnastics Women's Team, Fierce Five (2012) as well as the Final Five (2016). In 2012, she was awarded gold at the team events and also the floor workouts. On the balance beam, she was awarded a bronze. In the end, she became the first American at the Olympics with the highest medal count. The 2016 Olympics saw her win a gold at the team competition, which earned Gabby as well as Gabby the honor of being the only Americans ever to win consecutive team golds. The silver medals she won came from the individual floor and all-around event. Following the 2nd Olympics, she took three years off from gymnastics. Additionally, she was part of the gold medal winning American teams in 2 World Championships. The gymnastics classes began when she was just two years old and is a fan of floor exercise. Aly works with The Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization to honor and remember her grandmother. As for the future, she plans to make a career in fashion. It is also her dream to expand her line of leotards and her socks. Fierce is a novel she is writing will come coming out in the year ahead.
